I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in the delivery of evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure with response prevention (ERP), for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, mood issues, or behavioral concerns, and their parents.
I received my B.A. in Psychology at Duke University and completed my graduate studies at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, with a focus on CBT for anxiety in youth. While completing my pre-doctoral internship at Riverbend Community Mental Health, I gained exposure to DBT with adolescents and working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I completed my training during a year long post-doctoral fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital.
